STEPHEN
As a drummer, guitarist, banjo...ist, singer/songwriter and Professional Digital Video Producer, Stephen has done a lot in his first 21 years! Growing up in a home full of love for God, one another and music, the love for God and others around him was an easy attribute to notice. His father, John Morgan (#1 George Bush Impersonator in the USA, and 30 year music business veteran) was the one who made it a sure bet that Stephen would become a musician. Stephen’s parents as well as all the rest of us are so pleased with the incredible breadth of his gifting as well as his ability to make just about anyone feel comfortable in his presence both musically and through his unique and sensitive style of friendship.
Stephen has been performing on the stage for years, but as he strives to become a more passionate worshiper of God, his excitement and enthusiasm for the Savior fuels his passion to see the Gospel have a vibrant impact on all those who watch him play. As a performer on the Winter Jam Tour events, Stephen has shared the stage with Steven Curtis Chapman, New Song, Sanctus Real, Hawk Nelson, Jeremy Camp and many more. Stephen is the life of the party wherever he goes, bringing a smile to share with everyone and a word of encouragement from the heart of God.
AN INTERVIEW WITH STEPHEN
What inspired you to play music?
My dad has been a singer/songwriter for his whole life, and my only wish is to be as creative and passionate about music as he is. I began playing drums after I saw "That Thing You Do!" for the first time - what a great movie! :-)
What is your favorite food?
My favorite food is absolutely MY homemade Pizza. It's like eating a sauced up Cloud!

What is your favorite scripture verse?
2 Corinthians 5:21 For our sake He made Him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.
What person is your greatest role model?
My Dad. He Loves the Lord and treats everyday as a blessing he's not worthy of. He encourages others in every situation, and he treats my mother as a queen every single day.
